Provides indemnity to an employer against legal liability under the workmen injury Act (2007) in respect of assessments and awards for bodily injury to a workman due to accident or occupational diseases arising out of and in the course of the employment by the employer in respect of the employer’s business.

1. Death benefit paid as eight years’ earnings.
2. Permanent total disability, meaning the loss of one or more limbs or eyes, or permanent disablement.
3. Accidental temporary total disablement.
4. Weekly benefits are provided for up to 104 weeks for ‘partial’ disablement; the inability to perform a significant portion of one’s usual occupation.
