Provides indemnity in respect of legal liability arising in connection with the participants’ business to pay damages as a result of accidental bodily injury or accidental loss of or damage to property of members of the public. Claims may arise as a result of negligence either on the premises or whilst working away from the premises.

1. All litigation expenses incurred with the written consent of the Company.
2. All costs and expenses of litigation recovered by any claimant against the Insured.
3. All sums in connection with any occurrence must be incurred with the Company’s written consent but shall not exceed the limits indicated in the schedule.
