This is an employer sponsored arrangement where employer and employee contribute to the scheme based on rates as set in the trust deed & rules. The Contributions to the scheme are based on monthly basic salary. The Scheme is established under an irrevocable trust and registered with both RBA & KRA. The scheme is run by Board of Trustees who form a link between scheme members and the sponsor.
